Best Thread Involving Meat Ever

More numiastics, in a way. After quite a bit of time away from the game, I’ve been goofing around with Kingdom of Loathing during my downtime here and there, for when I need something mindless…anyway, this probably will make zero sense to anyone who hasn’t played it.

But now they’re having poetry contests. The prize? Meat:

Write me a limerik (because hikus suck) of the average day of a bird that works for Sub Way Deadline is the 16th of July. Winer gets 100k

Good luck!!!!

So fucking awesome that it defies words. The exchange of poetry entering the metaphysical space of the game.

And even THIS contest is more dignified than, say, your average $30-wastin’ contest in the back of a Poets and Writers. Everyone who enters gets 5,000 meat! How can you beat that?

Oh, man, I just played KOL for the first time. I worry that it might be addictive.
